The Confidence Factor:

Your Ultimate Answer to those

Uncertainties in your Life, Relationships, and Future

A Workshop for Young Adults

Topanga, California

May 4-5, 2019

$325

Young adults are the most resilient and fastest-learning age group I work with. And yet they tend to get lost in their thoughts more often than adults.

So many young adults spend a big hunk of their time feeling out of control, insecure, anxious, or depressed. Thoughts like “What am I doing with my life?” or “Things just aren’t working” loom in the back of their minds, distracting them and making them feel out-of-sync.

The good news is that while their thoughts and emotions are typically louder and more consuming than those of adults, young adults are more quick to realize how to shut them off.  That capability lives in everyone equally. And once they catch on, their confidence naturally shows up. They become more present, more stable, and feel more comfortable in their own skin.

Join me as I draw on 20 years experience helping young adults learn to relate to their minds in a new and refreshing way, freeing themselves up to focus on life itself.
